If you are having problems with your Air Data ETS submission please refer to the training manuals posted:  https://training.energy.gov.ab.ca/Pages/Air.aspx. You are encouraged to check the Guidance on common air monitoring directive questions, as your question may be answered there.

Please plan ahead. If you know that you will require assistance with your submission, seek assistance during Government of Alberta business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM MST). It is highly recommended that all regulatory reporting be submitted prior to your deadline to ensure staff is able to address any issues that may arise.

ETS may be unavailable due to general system maintenance on Fridays after 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If you require support with existing ETS accounts or setting up a new account, please contact ETSAccountSetup@gov.ab.ca.
